Actually, How could I have any complaints. But this is the reason I chose you. It took more time to vacate the house than to list it and close escrow on it. It was a smooth transaction once it was listed. You had a good list of showings and we proceeded with our best choice. We knew what we were dealing with and we both approached it in that manner. I seen a posting on a new rental listing for the house and they painted inside and replaced the vinyl we installed, added back splash and stainless steel appliances in the kitchen. But we knew someone would do this. We marketed it accordingly and everyone left the table happy. Thanks a lot, Dave
